"Where's the King?"
Brittney seemed surprised as she looked up from her desk and gave me a friendly smile. "We'll good morning to you too Ezekiel. The King is with our other King. Apparently not the right shade of cream for the napkins was delivered. King Cloud was having a bit of a melt down."
I nodded and gave her a small smile before I left Adonis' office then headed for the dining hall. The wedding was in a week's time and it was chaotic. To be honest I had barely seen Cloud in the past week. When I had he was always dashing somewhere holding three babies and an army of wedding planners.
Adonis' must have been feeling it because for the first time in my life I had seen him stressed when he got his bank statements. I believed I only saw Cloud during dinner and most times he looked like he could fall asleep at any second. Between parliament and wedding planning you could tell he was stretched thin.
