Stretching a large grin across his face Ryan smiled looking at Riley. He was almost excitedly happy to fight someone who's strong like himself and his body was shaking for excitement. He slapped together both his hands clenching them tightly together, a huge wave of aura began to pour out from him filling the entire space of the room.
With sweat pouring from his forehead Lennox could sense from the small pressure Ryan was realising that he was on another level. The wave of Ryan aura felt like he was in front of a volcano.
Riley firmly looked towards side Ryan reassure them of the win. Ryan slowly lowered down his aura, he casually smiled towards Riley side.
Meanwhile through midnight.
A loud laugh could be heard coming from inside the forest. A shadowy figure stood on top of the trees with red eyes showing his whereabouts of the trees.
"I can't wait to meet you Ryan. I will enjoy playing around with you. They say you are the strongest of the adventure let us prove which is strong, adventure or assassin. Haha!"
Morning.
Walking alone through the road Riley was puzzled to see it so empty at all sides. Usually the roads would be filled with farmers and merchants moving through the road.
Looking at all directions Riley saw no one at sight, only the blow of the wind towards her face. Suddenly an intense pressure of aura creepy towards her back.
Riley jumped forward after sensing the aura approaching her back. She turned around to see who the aura was coming from. She frowned her eyebrows seeing a shadowy figure walking towards where she just jump from.
Riley stared at the figure with a unfaze expression. She could sense from the person aura that he/she were every strong.
As the figure walked out through the haze his face was showing towards Riley. The figure name was Russ and he was one of the assassins sent here. He had short brunette hair and dark brown skin tone. He wore a brown leather outfit, with leather shoes.
"Hey there! I'm sorry for scaring you back there! I came here looking for someone, do you know him!?" The figure named Russ spoke with a deep voice. Riley slight hesitated talking to the strange figure right in front of her.
She firmly stared him down replying, "I don't know who you're talking about! How could I help look for someone you haven't told me anything about!"
Russ slightly laughed looking at Riley. He nodded his head thinking she was right. "Sorry again for not explaining myself clear. I'm looking for a man who's this tall," He lifted up his hand showing the high of the person he was looking for. "He also has bright brown eyes, he is a strong person you can see it when you look at him."
"Sorry I haven't seen anyone with those fictures around here." Riley replied.
Russ blankly glance straight towards her eyes, his gaze was like two sharp blades pointing at Riley eyes. Sensing the tension from Russ gaze Riley knew that he was testing her mental strength seeing if she was weak. But she can't her head up looking at him.
"Sorry for disturbing you," Russ said turning his back from her waking away. Riley watched his back disappearing through the haze.
Riley sighed grateful that Russ had left, saying, "I have to alert Ryan about this guy, I think he's bad new."
While muttering to herself Riley was not aware that Russ was behind her. He pulled out his hand to grab her, but she quickly moved out the way towards the side.
"You're quick!"
Russ gave a small laugh straightening his arms. "So you did know Ryan."
"You are crazy, you didn't mention his name at all to me!"
"It doesn't matter I still explained him to you. You're telling me you could picture him through me explaining his fixtures to you," said Russ.
"Lot of people could look like your explanation. Ryan isn't that tall he might be taller than you no all of us," Riley said.
"I'm sure he's taller than you I heard he was a giant of a person. You're tall lady but I'm sure he's taller than you too. No let stop talking about his high, where is he?" Russ firmed his tone asking. His slight dull expression quickly change to a serious and menacing face.
Riley firmly looked at Russ face, saying, "What would happen if I don't tell you?"
Russ casually laughed spinning his head around, he stopped glaring at Riley with murderous intentions. "You are about to find out." He murmured walking towards Riley. He pulled out a large knife from his back figure as a dark menacing aura fled from him as he walked forward.
Russ disappeared from Riley eyes showing up behind her. He slashed the blade forward but Riley pulled back her body dodging the attack. He swung again the blade in different directions making a zig zag formation on the air. Riley still dodged his attacks distance herself from him.
Russ rushed at her throwing at flurry of attacks. He increased his speed with each attack he misses towards Riley. Riley keenly dodged every attack without any mistake, she could see that the blade he had poison if she is hurt by it she doesn't know what would happen to her.
'She's quick! My attacks can't reach her, that's impossible! I am the fastest of all the assassins. If I can kill such a person the others will look down on me and take me for small fry, I need to kill this girl no matter what!'
Russ revealed his second blade pulling it out from his back also. He swung both blades fast at Riley, who then was dodging for her life as two poison blade meant double problem. Russ speed increased even further surprise Riley.
Riley widened her eyes with a shocked expression. She did not expect to meet someone who's speed rivals her own. But she slightly smiled seeing openings through his attacks, Russ was focus on his offence that his defence living himself open on every side.
Riley jumped back but Russ quickly followed her slashing his blades towards her. She grinned as she was counting on him striking at her. While he stroke at her she used the moment to target his blindspot. She aimed for his liver place making Russ fall on his knees holding his body.
"You should be more careful when you're attacking someone. You live yourself quite open at all sides making people like me to take chances like this," Riley stated.
