Catching insult from Riley words, Russ gritted his teeth and began to stand up straight. He frowned his expression looking towards her side. He could sense her arrogance by looking through her eyes.
"You think you have won. You got to be confident in yourself to think that hah!" Russ casually laughed gripping his two blade tightly. He dashed forward with amazing speed surprising also Riley.
He slashed towards her head and neck. But Riley swiftly dodged the two blades. Russ continuously kept slashing his two blades at a flurry living Riley with no time to breath and think. His plan was working for him as Riley was losing her train of focus.
Riley grabbed Russ hand stopping his blade middle way from her stomach. Russ dislocated his wrist letting go of the weapon he span swinging the other blade towards her arm.
Sensing the coming attack Riley tried to back her arm but Russ was too quick than her. Russ cutted his blade through Riley arm living him stunned with the attempt. He grinned waiting for his poison to take affect soon.
Few minutes passed.
Russ widened his eyes with a shocked look. His poison was the rare A-rank poison pulled from a poison purple flower called Lupine. Its poison was of the world dangerous .
Riley glance at the wound in her arm. She could sense a burning feel from under her skin but the feeling was not strong. She realised that she over hyped the human poison thinking it was the same as the ones in the demon realm.
She calmly exhaled closing her eyes with a purple aura covering the wound. Russ looked with amaze as the purple aura completely healed Riley poisonous wound.
Riley casually laughed looking at Russ side. She clenched her fingers walking slow towards Russ. Her expression said it all she was not playing around.
She quickly dashed forward at Russ throwing a straight punch, but Russ easily dodged the attack stepping back. Riley threw another punched following it with a kick. Russ slipped the punch and blocked the kick.
He easily dodged and blocked Riley attacks scoffing to be much slow than his. He cockily stated that his attacks were much faster than hers.
"Huh, I guess I should increase my level now," Riley stated with a large grin on her face. Russ smiled quickly vanished seeing the serious expression on Riley face.
Riley quickly dashed with a serious expression throwing flurry of attacks coming from all angles. Calming his mind Russ tried to dodge the first attack but he was not quick enough to dodge it in time. It landed on his face.
Pushing him back with the attacks. Riley attacks were getting stronger and faster each landing on Russ body. She threw a uppercut and straight right sending him flying towards the ground.
Eating the ground Russ picked his face off the ground gritting his teeth. When lifting up his head Riley was already standing beside him staring him down. Riley grabbed his hair lifting him up with one hand. She threw a straight punch and kick sending flying again.
Coughing out blood through his mouth. Russ could not believe the gap between Riley and his. It was his first time meeting someone with this much gap towards him, not even the other assassins he came with there threatened his life than the girl standing right before him.
"Get up! You are making yourself look weak right now!" Riley stared with a serious tone. Russ eyebrows felt heavy looking up at Riley front.
Holding his chest lifting himself off the ground. Russ started to laugh admiring Riley strength and speed. He then slashed both of his wrists using his poisonous blades.
Confused by his sudden act Riley questioned the state of his mind. Russ did not answer her but only continued to laugh at her.
Russ fell on his knees crying out in pain. Riley blankly stared at him down there. He widened his eyes as eyes surface turned bloody red. Blue veins began covering his whole body reaching every part of his body.
"Haha! Let me show you my real strength!" Russ yelled out with a sinister tone. He stood up on both feet with a dark blue aura surrounding him. He quickly dashed slashing his blade forward at Riley face.
Riley immediately dodged the quick attack. But Russ followed up with a second attack aiming at Riley stomach. She easily blocked the attack by grabbing his hand.
Immediately, a burning sensation came where Riley was holding Russ hand. The blue veins started to appear on Riley hand covering her entire arm.
Russ slightly smiled looking at a confused Riley. Riley felt her whole arm going numb the affect was spreading throughout her whole body. Seeing an opportunity to strike Russ slashed his blade at Riley, but his attack was blocked by her hand.
Surprised by her sudden moving. Russ thought that she was not be able to move at all. His poison was ten times stronger than before. She was supposed to be dead due to the fast spread of the poison.
Riley let go of Russ hand, and she then swung her fist missing his head by a inch of a second. Russ jumped back taking a new stance. He dashed forward throwing series of attacks.
"I'm going to kill you!!" Russ yelled out with large veins appearing on the side of his forehead. He slashed his two blades with intensity behind.
Riley dodged the attacks by jumping back Russ range. A purple covered her whole body healing the poison inside her body.
With a frowned serious expression Riley clenched her fists leaping forward at Russ. Seeing Riley leaping forward Russ halt further attacks awaiting her next move. Riley quickly vanished in front of his landing a knee to the face, and she grabbed his shoulder not letting his fall back.
She threw a three punch combo towards Russ head. She then threw a straight kick down towards Russ gut. Russ fell down on the ground continued to cough out blood.
Riley intensified her aura condensing it on her hand. She firmly glared down at Russ. Sensing the coming danger Russ knew that her punch could end his life there.
Riley slowly pulled back her fist throwing forward with much force at Russ. Russ widened his eyes seeing his death coming towards his direction.
Suddenly, a Riley attack was blocked by another figure wearing a black outfit. The figure had long white hair and green eyes.
