The face that appeared was the next to die, the youngest of the 12 bodies a 6-year-old girl who suffered from several conditions ended up being one of the few survivors of an accident that happened only days before he'd arrived to a particular planet her body was being kept alive awaiting a response from relatives who decided they couldn't take care of her. So he bought her off the government.
When the scene flashed again Royce couldn't help but to feel she'd gone from one side of the shit stick to the other side that was just slightly less covered. From illness to poverty. It appeared she was a homeless Lynn or maybe an orphan. She had a silver coat with white and black stripes. It looked like she'd been thrown on a pile of trash, her clothes torn and dirty. She appeared to be slightly younger maybe four or five an older male Lynn standing over her getting ready to swipe down at her face claws flexing. "You should have stayed down" as he took the swing. From Royce's point of view it was obvious his previous swing had killed the child.
Before it could connect though It was stopped by another clawed hand with the similar silver coat as the newly reincarnated girl. The newcomer twisted her body around against the elbow causing it to pop in reverse as she pulled it against her back and then jumped feet over head backwards using the initial aggressor's weight to support her the cracking sounds the elbow made as it twisted in reverse after being dislocated the constant popping was excruciating to hear. The male Lynn passed out from the pain. The newcomer went down to the child's level. She slowly and softly took her hand. "You look like you're new around here, It's okay I've only been here a couple months myself. Do you think you can keep up with me? We should get out of this area." Instantly recognizing the face, he was pretty sure that was his sister.
When the scene changed again the process continued and Royce wondered how much of this he should feel responsible for. Only two of the people he brought with him on death's door step died and stayed dead. Five of the bodies he had purchased could be considered relatively innocent or normal people. The other seven were purchased from prisons. Hindsight suggesting this may have been a mistake because all seven of them were reincarnated and at least three of them he knew were really bad people. As the scenes finished playing out he noticed The child's, his sisters, and his scene after reincarnation played out for a few moments, his longer than theirs. But besides theirs only one other played out for a few moments. It showed one of the criminals he didn't know anything about coming to during a prison riot and immediately after taking in what was going on around him with his bare hands began slaughtering anybody who got close enough. After that scene ended Royce could only be grateful that he was reincarnated in a prison. The others like the past reincarnated and the woman soldier. Royce saw them die and a glimpse of the form they were reincarnated into.
"I understand much more now that spirit stone is powerful indeed. Do you understand everything you saw?" The beings tone and look seemed more patient this time.
"It's just a guess but my sister the child myself and the one in the prison are relatively close in the time of our reincarnation. The others are further out of time? I say that because the first male that only showed a glimpse was the reincarnated that influenced my people 800 years ago." Royce suspected he was correct.
"Good. Now, what you couldn't have seen other than your sister's. Five of them have systems not counting your sisters. None of them are like yours You are the only one who received the system at the same time you were reborn. Which somehow allowed it to adjust to your special circumstances." He switched a couple of the screens. The map of the galaxy came back up It began zooming in on a system then on the planet then focusing on a continent finally bringing into clarity a city and continuing forward through a roof and ceilings finally settling on the image of baby Royce and his family in a hospital room as they currently were.
Royce could see their lips moving but he couldn't hear what was being said. The being again made eye contact with him. "I want to connect to your system. You will feel some pressure. Don't resist. I brought this up so I can tell if there's any physical response."
"I guess that means you're not omniscient." Royce chuckled.
"Thankfully No. Those abilities are a pain. But I have a vast mana pool to make up for it." He changed one of the screens and said "Now."
It wasn't painful but his ears began ringing. He also started hearing the muffled voice's of his parents.
".... and they'll take him. Everyone in the galaxy wants to find one and groom them in order to get their secrets." His mother was saying.
His father nodded and said. "Which is why I think we should take him to your dad's old place. we've got all the passcodes and there should be no records linking it to you."
"It's so far away and we'd be stuck using commerci...." His mother's voice faded out and the ringing in his ears had stopped.
"That was more difficult than expected." One of the screens changed.

"That's interesting. Did the system give you any magic to start when it opened?"
"Yes, Mend and Inspect."Royce told him.
After looking over the screens for another minute. "Part of the spirit from the body you took over joined with the system, giving it its own will. The rest of the spirit is bound with yours giving you the stat you see. Being that it had no personality of its own, it's reflecting off of yours. think of it as a helper in the back of your mind." His hands started to glow the other screens around the one showing Royce began to flicker and change. "It appears it has more personality than I gave it credit for. You don't trust me, or at least not entirely. Honestly though how could somebody trust a strange God they just met. Call me Zimas and let's talk about these quests that just came up." Hearing his name change things a little bit. He finally took notice of Zimas's appearance approximately 4 and 1/2 meters tall humanoid his face was rather plain except for the long bristles for hair that curve straight back but weren't long enough to touch his neck and pointed ears. Zimas looks like he was wearing a military style space suit in black, gray, and silver. Fitting tight to his body which looked more fit than a peak human athlete or it could have been the suit. But what really stood out was the aura of power and peace and Royce knew if it wasn't for the calmness he felt he would feel the need to run in terror from the aura of power.
He changed the screen that was showing notifications. It had the level caps and timers on it. Then to a new page that said.

"These started right after I helped the system make a full adaptation to being part of a reincarnated. My original system doesn't have quests nor does it have stat points you add yourself. At this point I'm not even sure how it offered you the bonuses for your stat points or how it's going to be able to prepare your rewards. Storage was only supposed to offer you a small space for your items. But your larger space could be linked to a ability the system gave you." Shaking his head Zimas changed all the screens again. after all the screens changed something was noticeable, two of them except for a label at the top had gone blank. hen another showed up blank.
"Now this is really interesting. Three of you without a destiny and you're already hunting one of them or both of them technically. You and your sister's destinies are blank as is one of your criminals. Your lack of destiny seems intertwined you should find your sister as soon as possible." Zamis said eyeing Royce once again. "There's nothing I can do about the caps in your system you'll have to wait them out or improvise."
Royce laughed and held his arms out at his shoulders. "I'm eight months old, that will be some serious improvising."
"You are not at a disadvantage your magic won't likely cap." Zamis said folding his arms. "Thanks to your reincarnated state. Your life experience alone allows for your magic to be much higher than it is. The magic stat for the system is also set to grow the stronger your magic becomes. That was already in my system so you should definitely have it. Your mind stat It's hot because of your technical knowledge in your previous life. Even in that form I'm sure you can find a way to use that to your advantage. But finally your spirit being that it's combined with the raw soul of your vessel that had no previous impression on it makes any magic you use more powerful." Zamis shifted his stance as if he was posing.
"Are you going to start monologuing?" Royce said by accident trying to just think about it. "This is truly an awkward state to be in."
Zamis smiled. "Maybe I am. I'm very proud of this system I created. This galaxy has had it's magic locked for over 2500 cycles as was the punishment decided by the greater caretakers of this galaxy. But to bring it back we are supposed to do so without direct contact. I have been giving the system to select children before they are born. It's intended to intuitively give the knowledge of how to teach the magic you learn from the system."
He again brought up Royce's system. "Beside helping your system adapt to its current situation. I modified the temporary feature. Help. Will stay in your system without a counter. Do not use it very often there could be repercussions for both of us." Zamis lifted his hand and waved while turning around. Royce could have sworn he heard him say. "This really is going to be interesting."
He found himself and his mother's arms going into their apartment.
