After my conversation with Kristine, I decided to find Evan and let him know what I'd decided.
However, I had absolutely no idea where Evan was.
For starters, I didn't expect him to still be waiting for me at that restaurant, so I asked Kristine to help me search for him.
Gabrielle had earlier mentioned scanning the surface of the planet to find Evan, and if Gabrielle was capable of doing something like that, then Kristine, who was definitely much stronger considering Evan had referred to her as a 'higher-existence' on the same Level as the goddess Artemisia, should be able to locate him.
As I'd expected, she was able to find him, and Evan's location was rather odd, to put it bluntly.
After the light of teleportation that momentarily filled my vision finally died down, I found myself standing in front of a river at the bottom of a waterfall.
Seated on a rock in the middle of that waterfall was Evan, with its heavy flow pouring down on him.
