When Annie Anne looked up, she met Campbell Prickly's worried expression directly.
"Sorry for dragging you into this."
Annie Anne opened her mouth, but had some trouble organizing her words.
Placing the bag from her hand aside, Campbell Prickly pulled up a chair to sit opposite Annie Anne, and asked gently:
"So... have you decided to leave him?"
