Lucas Quinn walked over, Charlotte Allison looked down at the time and said, "It's about time."
"What?" Lucas was puzzled.
"Look up." Charlotte said. He obediently looked up, and then heard several sounds rising from afar in his ear, one after another bursting open in the night sky, blooming in his eyes like stars falling into the sea, becoming the Milky Way.
Lucas's pupils slightly dilated, his heartbeat tangled with the explosions in the sky, getting faster and more intense.
After being in a daze for a while, Lucas finally looked at Charlotte, his gaze seemed to be scorched by the fireworks.
"You brought me here to see the fireworks."
"Mm." A response came from Charlotte's throat.
