After opening the door, Tang Ye saw the same empty room, but aside from the interior decoration, he didn't see anything strange.
"Huh? Did I hear wrong?"
Confusion appeared on Tang Ye's face. This scene seemed oddly familiar; had he encountered it yesterday?
Glancing slightly ahead, he noticed another door across the room. Strangely, the door was open, and Tang Ye immediately realized something was off and chased after without any hesitation!
Quickly crossing the entire room, Tang Ye arrived in the corridor, looked around, and seemed to catch a glimpse of a figure in the right-hand corridor running ahead. Tang Ye took off running again, but the figure turned, opened a door, and with seamless motion, slipped into another room, disappearing from Tang Ye's sight once again, whether it be ghost or human.
However, it seemed that the figure had not closed the door, as if luring him into a trap or guiding him somewhere.
