Eva Ronan idly flipped through her phone, pondering whether she should go to the Swiss Federation or Italy first.
Last year, Skye Jade seemed to have shot a well-known property set in the Swiss Federation, and she had always wanted to take a look.
Elaine Ruane turned to Max Shaw, her tone noticeably more amiable, "Max, what about you?"
"I'll go with Eva." Max replied.
Elaine nodded understandingly, "The government office won't open until tomorrow, and you don't have any credentials with you. If you want to stay at a hotel, it won't work. Do you have somewhere to go tonight?"
Eva suddenly had a very bad premonition.
She couldn't quite put her finger on it, but her mother usually didn't meddle in their affairs, leaving her and Skye Jade to their own devices.
Yet, with Max Shaw, she had invested a lot of goodwill and enthusiasm.
What on earth did this man do to deserve such favor?
