Oliver Bloom jogged back along Curran Beach, the weather wasn't too hot, just a light sweat, he didn't rush to shower, he headed to the restaurant for breakfast first.
Even the always late riser Jun Pang was there for a change.
Oliver set his tray down and sat across from him. Glanced at his friend's weary face, he didn't speak, just ate his meal.
Jun Pang hadn't woken up early, he hadn't slept at all, newlywed antics kept him up all night, Katherine Blue couldn't even get out of bed, yet he pushed himself to show up in front of Oliver and cheekily asked him.
"Elise Don said she was coming yesterday, why hasn't she arrived yet? In a few days, we'll be heading back. If she comes a day late, you'll be alone for an extra day, I can't bear to see that, buddy."
