After the meeting dispersed, Elise Don followed William Don back to the office.
"How about it? I estimate it won't be long before they beg me to take it on," Elise said.
Elise wasn't boasting, and William dotingly tapped her nose, "Sneaky little fox, you even pulled a retreat to advance tactic."
But, to be honest, she did it beautifully.
William grabbed his phone and forwarded two messages to Elise, fulfilling his promise.
Hearing the notification tone, Elise opened her phone, and with a sweet kiss, leaped over.
"Thank you, dear Father!"
William chuckled, not forgetting to claim credit, "Look at that, it's a VIP spot, where you can get a level view of the fireworks from above. I used several connections to secure these two seats."
Finally, he couldn't help but sigh.
"I can't be with you on your birthday, but I hope someone else can bring you happiness in my stead."
Elise's heart softened, holding her phone to her chest, she tilted her head and said.
