Nancy's expression changed.
She didn't speak, instead using her eyes to ask Julius Shaw: "What exactly are you planning?"
Julius Shaw, like a demon, said gently, "Nancy is sick, and I thought you'd want to see Sophie. It's the National Day holiday now, a seven-day break, so I brought her to stay at the Imperial Garden for a few days. Are you happier now?"
Sophie, knowing nothing, ran quickly to Nancy's side on her short legs, looking worried and asking, "Mom, what's wrong? Why are you sick again?"
Sophie was so upset, she gently hugged Nancy's neck, her small face clinging to Nancy's cheek affectionately, saying: "Mom, get well soon."
