Chapter 13 - 13

Now even though I was being recognised all around the school as the girl from the meme it wasn't terrible a lot more people suddenly became interested in me.

Park Joon Tae isn't actually that bad at all, he's quite nice but yet still cold. Of course, the amount of times I run into him it's not like we greet each other as he does with others we just ignored each other.

( I'm pretty sure that I'm the one who airs him, and pretty much avoid being in the same dance group as him). In dance class, I'm pretty sure I'm not even going to try and volunteer to dance or anything or be a centre in the group dances we practice because of the meme.

My perfect life of blending in and fitting in got ruined so easily like that because of him, (nah more because of his camera crew). And just like that, I found another reason to partially or secretly dislike Park Joon Tae. Not only that but I had to suffer the constant teasing from my brother.

When I went to school I may have been a laughing stock but people were genuinely interested in me, I started seeing things online talking about who I was. Or that I would be good at a variety or that I must've been a Xenon.

Why in the world would they think that?

The craziest thing is that these Xemons genuinely liked meI even saw some say on online forums:

Xemon4Life: The meme girl is quite pretty, she has a unique visual and looks like Songmin (The only foreigner in MonXer).

XemonDaddy: Yes she has the potential to be an idol I think.

Okay maybe I felt a small satisfaction from these praises but still, it didn't change the fact that my meme went from being a funny fandom joke to being used in funny reaction videos online and EVEN shows.

Now this is just one of my thought tracks, because I really did like sitting on my bed and just thinking about life.

Until... I got this message a "PING" notification come from my phone.

So I picked it up not thinking about much, it must be comments from my account even though they were normally muted. I saw that it was a message from a private number, I rarely get things like this before I swiped it I read it seeing the name LIVEX Entertainment... I immediately clicked it.

'This is LIVEX Entertainment we have messaged you to inquire that you have passed the audition to be a trainee at our Entertainment company. Click here to agree to our terms of agreement and parent permission to begin as a trainee of our company. https.//terms//conditions./_livexenter...'

I stared at that screen for a full 5 minutes, in utter astonishment. I couldn't tell if this was real, so I instinctively pressed the link seeing the terms of the agreement.
✓ I agree to not disclose online that I am a trainee or Private company issues...
✓ I agree to attend company classes 4 days a week...
✓ I agree if under 18 I will need to sign a parental agreement...
✓ I agree to participate in shows and editorials if the company insists...
✓ I agree to my personal information, photos and face being shared online...

I read all of them clearly then ticking the agreement button below, I definitely did read all of them. But, I was definitely in a daze with this information that my brain couldn't quite process yet.

I answered the questions on how old I was, my birth date, weight, and height. I even sent several pictures of myself, at this point my brain had half processed and I stopped at the sound of my name as my mom abruptly called me.

My mom chimed impatiently. "Jae Ra come downstairs to eat!"

I took my phone with me downstairs almost half awake, as I sat down at the table about to press the submit button on my phone. Then my bored rat of a brother had to stick his unwanted face into my personal space, " What's that? Weight... 50kg.. submit. Submit what, tell me or I'll snitch!"

My little brother Kim Chi Min was the most invasive, nosy person alive, at that point I was fully awake and ready to pounce on him but my mother was there and I knew I'd get in trouble if I did.
"Hey, Kimchi if you want to know so bad... I'm signing to a modelling agency, you know how much my aunt said I had the face and height of a model. Too bad you don't!" I answered teasingly angering him yet also making him back off.

Our aunt often said that I could be a model, even though my dear brother actually wanted to, unfortunately, he hadn't been born with the same genes as me he wasn't ugly (that's a compliment) but he just wasn't tall however I was 5'8 while he was a measly 5'5.

I pressed submit and I felt a sudden sense of serenity but also ecstasy.

To be like one of those people that I reported on, instead of the fan I could be an idol.
