Chapter 388 - Remembers the kiss

Archer gulped and continued. He knew what he was going to say was going to make Journee smugger than ever. "She didn't stop fighting me and got out of my grip, somehow. She was about to punch me, but I skillfully dodged it. I am trained well, you see. But that gave her freedom to set herself free. She pushed me away and again made a motion to run towards the window. I tried to pull her back, but she was fast and… I… I am sorry, but I pulled you by your hair," apologised Archer and glanced at Journee. He saw her rubbing her head as if she suddenly felt the pain.

"I tried waking her up. Called her by her name, kept asking her who she was talking about, but she kept fighting with me, trying to run away repeatedly, saying that I was letting him kill someone. I pleaded, shouted, but nothing was helping. So… um… I… what I did was…" Archer hesitated.
