Luna was here in the Sixth Realm trying her best to be faster than the Shadow People melding into the shadows.
There were some who would instantly become part of the shadows and she could not tell where they went. Not because she did not want to follow the guidance but she had no time to.
For everyone three she was able to knock out. There was one who would instantly meld into the shadows and another one that would get the chance to truly feel the forest floor through the shadows.
This aggravated her into ensuring that she sped up. Whenever she sped up, the trees would get in her way and this infuriated her much more.
"Hey, can I blow up this freaking forest?" Luna asked Violet and Life-giver.
The two could feel her anger. Although it had been four hours like this. They also knew that it was too hard to keep fighting this way.
"Just keep the trees around the Sect. My disciples are ready to defend the Sect." Life-giver gave the response.
Luna had her eyes flash green. The shadows broke apart killing hundreds of Shadow People. Others who had melded perfectly tried going deeper only to find that Luna was pulling the shadows up from the sky.
"Now, Rise!" Luna shouted.
The entire Sixth Realm felt the terror of Luna has she forced the trees so high in the sky that their shadows did not touch the ground.
The few Shadow People inside the ground saw their unconscious allies floating as well. They wanted to help them but they were instantly shot towards the Sect. Luna slapped her hands together and the ground forced out the Shadow People there.
A chain appeared and forced the Shadow People to be captured that was underground. Luna standing strong saw the next wave enter. She was ready to fight again.
The Shadow People once they realized that they were completely overpowered in the Sixth Realm stopped entering.
The few who did surrounded immediately because the information they had been given was wrong and they did not like wrong information.
In the Palace of the Shadow People
"Sire, we lost the War in the Sixth Mortal Realm." One of the informants had told the Shadow King.
He was furious that this had happened. He had just sent another wave there because that was a good hiding spot for rhe Shadow People.
"What happened?" The Shadow King replied.
He was not angry yet but depending on the answer it would anger him.
"A powerful being instantly tore apart the forest by forcing the trees so high in the sky that the shadows did not touch the ground."
Upon hearing that, this was too much to handle at once.
"When she had raised the trees into the sky. She then forced the ground to spit us out and we were chained up like dogs. The next round was coming in but we stopped the capture of people who would instantly be captured. We are sorry to overstep our boundaries but we did not want to see more of us captured for no reason."
The Shadow King was pleased with this answer. Yes, as the Shadow King he was angered that the informants would overstep their boundaries but saving the people from being captured like animals was better than allowing them to be captured.
"Hear my words, we have lost the Sixth Realm. We will not attempt to reenter it no matter what." The Shadow King told all of the informants.
He went to relax. Four hours in on the first day and three Realms were already lost. The Third, Fourth, and Sixth Mortal Realms. The Demon Realm was not fighting but depending on the outcome of the War in general. The victory or lost of the Demon Realm would affect them.
The Shadow King thought of just declaring it lost for now but he had to hold back enough to keep their foot in the door.
He looked to the army. Half of them were already in the Realms trying to fight for their lives.
"Send word to my army, they are to wait until tomorrow morning until they are released." The Shadow King told his informants in the Shadow World.
The informants told the army who was ready to go. However, since only half of them were there. They got to enjoy another day of peace.
The man whose child came up to him barely made the cut to stay in.
He was supposed to go to the Sixth Realm but having already lost it there was no need. Hearing that, he immediately went up to the Shadow King.
When asked for an audience with him. The guards were displeased with the soldier. They did ask for the soldier if he could have an audience with the Shadow King.
The Shadow King agreed. The soldier walked in. He kept his head low not to look at the Shadow King directly.
He got down on one knee and spoke, "My King, my child wanted me to return home safely after fighting in the Realms.
My Realm to go fight in was the Sixth Mortal Realm. I was next in line to enter when the informants told me to not enter.
Did I fail my child because of what the informants told me or did I make my child proud because I did get the chance to enter but chose not to?"
The guards listened carefully. They understood his words and his meaning. If the child would be upset, that would forever keep the child from having mindset of the Shadow King and the army.
The Shadow King looked a little worried about answering this question. There was no good or bad reason for the answer to be true but either way it would hurt the child.
"My Soldier, look up to me."
The soldier did that. He saw that the Shadow King was in a curious spot.
"Tell your child the truth. If the truth does not make sense. Bring the child up here with you." The Shadow King spoke with the command.
The soldier went and did just that. The child who wanted their father to be a War hero got the explanation of the War and was proud that their father proudly stood in line to enter the Realms.
