Chapter 1090 - Chapter 1087 The War in the Seventh Realm

Liz, Cassandra, and Kassandros appeared in the Seventh Realm. When they thought it was going to be an easy way to find a good foothold. Their ambition was not in the right place.

No one wanted to care in the Seventh Realm. No one was trying to prepare for War or even attempt to guard those who they cared about.

Cassandra could not help but feel like she was seeing only people who had no shred of caring. Kassandros felt like he was seeing War amongst the people instead of the Shadow People.

As for Liz, she wanted to outright leave and not give a damn. She wanted to prove that everything would be fine without Rex here in the Seventh Realm. She bit down and decided to just stay and not give a damn.

As they trio began to fly thanks to Cassandra and Kassandros both grabbing an arm of Liz. They flew high into the sky. As they overlooked the entire area. There was a new mountain close by. Liz never seen or heard of that mountain. Cassandra and Kassandros gently flew towards it until they felt a tingling sensation.

Liz knew that a barrier had been set up there. She still needed to enter with them. The trio descended. At the ground level was a door that led into the mountain.

The trio nodded and opened the door. Inside were already Shadow People who had been captured. Liz was impressed by this.

As they walked in, a group of disciples barely held their lives together. It looked like a hard fight and one that caused too much damage.

Cassandra and Kassandros tried to heal the disciples but their bodies were not healing properly.

Liz came over and kissed their foreheads. She told each and everyone of them good job for holding out against the Shadow People.

The disciples cried themselves happily into death. The trio gathered their bodies. They reinforced the outside barrier to be able to withstand some more fighting.

Then all of the Shadow People invaded the Seventh Realm through the mountain. The trio fought against thousands. Their bodies riddled with injuries.

None of them dared to take a knee. They did not have too fight. They did to test their strength and merit. Eventually, the fighting stopped.

No one knew what time it was nor how lucky they were. The knocked out Shadow People were forced into cages that were able to keep them there.

Thr informants were able to talk to the Shadow King and tell him not to send anymore bodies here to the Realm when they stopped.

The trio had fought too hard. Their bodies pushing against themselves to find rest and healing.

Liz was in worst shape. The Shadow People were also down by three quarters of the army that had intentionally entered this Realm.

People tried to enter the mountain from the outside but since it was reinforced by the trio. No one could enter but also right now, no one could exit.

The people outside cursed their comrades on the inside. They raised their weapons trying to show how much they truly wanted to fight.

The Stairway conscious knew that they did not want to fight anyways. They had designed this mountain to help protect the people of the Seventh Realm.

The trio fighting stopped when it had turned two in the afternoon. Everyone else step up camp around the mountain.

There were technically two exits but if anyone could exit from anywhere it would have been the Shadow People.

Having fought too hard that day, the trio and the Shadow People rested until they were all at full health. Rex was able to communicate and told Liz what time it was before the closing of the call.

Liz felt that this was a good day. Thousands upon thousands of Shadow People were now captured. They did not know if any of the Shadow People had died but it did not matter.

Within the Shadow People

"Too many of us got captured because we tried to flock around them hard. Yes, we were able to gravely injure them.

What is the point of injuring them if they cannot die with one strike?

What is the point of fighting against those three if we are going to lose either way?

Can anyone answer me?" The Shadow Commander asked.

No one dared to speak up because none of them wanted to die.

"Does no one want to answer me?" The Shadow Commander asked.

Everyone looked around seeing that no one wanted to answer. The Shadow Commander ordered ten soldiers to walk over to the trio and order them to throw each of them into the prison.

Hearts sank at that moment. The ten soldiers stood up and bowed. They slowly walked towards the trio ensuring their heads were down not wanting to bring more shame unto their families.

"Does anyone wish to answer me now?" The Shadow Commander asked.

A woman soldier in the back cursed internally but stood up.

"There is no point you dumbass." She wanted to let it be known how she felt.

The Shadow Commander felt his bones tingle when he knew that it was a woman talking.

"Well, maybe you would change your mind if we talked privately?" The Shadow Commander told her but she thought it was a question.

"NO! I WILL NOT TALK WITH YOU PRIVATELY!" She screamed her lungs out.

The Shadow Commander decided to make an example out of her but all of the other soldiers stood up with her.

The Shadow Commander and the soldiers fought. In the end, the Shadow Commander took too many hits at close range and fell down before a sword covered in shadows stabbed through his skull.

He completely vanished. His shadow now trapped within the blade that the Vice Commander now held.

"Today, we will not fight and ask for protection within these Realms. For the Shadow Commander has died on this night." The crowd cheered.
