Pausing for a moment, Di Tou realised that this possibility wasn't actually entirely out of the bag… Although not all ghosts and beasts were willing to speak, in a continent filled with high level creatures, it was indeed possible to find sentient ones among the lot. The only issue was first finding a way to calm them down enough that they could have a cordial discussion, and second, learning the language that they spoke!
After all, this wasn't the Ancient Era, not all species were born with the ability to communicate in the same language.
As he had this thought, Di Tou suddenly paused… It seemed like he was trying to access things with the wrong logic again! Or he was oversimplifying by quite a lot. Even in the Ancient Era, not all species were born were the ability to communicate with one another, not by speaking the same language at the very least.
