Chapter 1846 - Not Quite The Same

Still, even if there were many beasts that hadn't developed intelligence, there would still be those that did, and if beasts were one thing, it was plentiful. With this thought in mind, Di Tou calmed his heart and decided to be methodical. In any case, it wasn't like he was chasing after clues! This was all about things that had occurred decades in the past, dilly-dallying a bit longer wouldn't end up killing the trail…

Starting from the Demonic Beast Forest, Di Tou began to retrace his steps somewhat, but after doing so for a while, Di Tou stopped, as he realised that despite having crossed this land a few times in the past, now none of it looked familiar. It was sort of like his experiences when dealing with Maw's Living Realm Fractures, where the land looked like it had changed overnight, only, this was simply the natural and normal property of the Northern Continent.
