The king stared blankly at Rin for a few seconds before a squeaky voice sliced through the silence.
"Hey!you're sitting on my chair!I sit there!"
"Huh?"Rin turned to look for who was talking only to see it was a little girl.
"You must be the guy that saved Elizabeth huh.You were probably in cahoots with those people so you can get in here!And even if you weren't!You should have declined when you were invited here.That was the only right thing you could have done!You disgust me!"She lectured Rin.
"Who's the bratty little kid?"Rin asked staring blankly at the king who just let out a sigh.
"That's my older sister,Fiona,"Elizabeth leaned in and answered him.
"Older sister?She looks like a kid.How old is she?"
"A kid?!I'll have you know I'm 23 years old!Much older than you obviously.So I demand respect. Now stand up so I can take my seat."
"23?How does she look like a child then?"
"Well,some time ago,there was a great attack by a powerful sorcerer.Fiona,who at the time was extremely blessed in magic and sorcery defeated her but alas,she used up so much of her power that her body turned to that of a child and she never managed to get back to her original form,"Elizabeth answered.
Rin burst out in laughter hearing the story."That's gold!No wonder she's such a brat."
"Hmp!Just get off my seat already,"Fiona pouted.
"Come seat next to me Fiona and we can get this over with,"The king called to her and she went to sit next to him.
"Well,Rin,I had a chat with my daughter about you,"The queen began,"She seemed to have quite the liking to you."
Elizabeth's face reddened and she tried to slide under the table.
The queen let out a slight chuckle and proceeded,"Anyways,I have to give you a reward since my husband really doesn't know how to reward anyone.You save out daughter and your reward is a simple meal?Boo!"
"You saved her from how many?6 people was it?You get six gifts from me.Anything at all!"
"Well,I guess I would like to request one of the rewards for me to be a resident of the castle since I have no place to stay."
Everyone was surprised and even the clatter of spoons landing on the plates suddenly stopped.
"I knew it!You just wanted to get closer to us and possibly bring the sorcerer back huh!You disgust me!Wanting to live in the castle like a royal for no reason!"Fiona raged standing on her chair pointing at Rin.
"Sit down little lady,"Rin spoke in a commanding tone and Fiona's body unwillingly sat back down.
The queen giggled and answered,"Well,alright,so long as you don't cause any trouble because if you do,it will be off with your head."
"Understood."
"This is a mistake my dear,"the king told her.
"Yeah mom,you must be joking,"One of the princes replied.
The whole family apart from the queen and Elizabeth did not like the idea.
"Oh,I would allow any of you to have a say in it if you were there to save my little girl!But where were you all when she was almost done who knows what huh?Nowhere close!So you all shush!I already made the decision and that's that!"
No one dared to argue with her because we'll,she was in the right.And even if she wasn't, no one can beat her in an argument. Not even the king argued.He just grumbled and turned away and so did the rest of them.
The queen clapped and giggled upon realising no one was against her anymore.It was then agreed,Rin would be a resident of the castle.
"Well if it's a must then whatever,"the king sighed.
Fiona stormed out of the room followed by the rest of her siblings after completing their meal.
It was not just the king,queen,Elizabeth and Alina.
"I will request that you protect my children Rin.This is a royal request my boy,"The queen requested.
"Oh,you can count on me queen."
"My name is Phoebe,and his is Adam,"the queen said pointing at the king,"No need to be too formal Rin."

"Rin,Ryuga,that's quite the name right there huh.I have my eye on you boy."the king spoke as he left.
The queen instructed Elizabeth to show Rin and Alina to their rooms for night's sleep.The two were shown to their rooms by Elizabeth as instructed and she proceeded to go to sleep.
And that was the first day of Rin on earth.
