It did not matter how good a person they were or how bad a person they were when it involved such things, especially since it was all a part of her job and not her place to judge anything that was going on in Cerberus and what made them issue those tasks.

When it came to those two places, the lines were blurred a lot, and it was difficult for her to have the time to be able to question every small action she would have to take.

If she wanted to be able to survive and thrive in that environment, then she had to become useful to Cerberus.

Perhaps it could be seen as the same in many ways if that was put against her carrying out those tasks for Cerberus to gain things, compared to her purposefully targeting someone to make her life easier, but the main difference would be that she would be making the decision.
