I could see that the mermaids were hesitant about following the kraken, but I didn't say anything about this.
The moment that they were the most hesitant was when they were going past the space where the whirlpools had been previously.
It seemed like they were afraid that the whirlpools would appear at any moment, but nothing like that happened.
After making it past the place where the whirlpools had been, they couldn't help being surprised by what they saw.
"This water…how is it this clear?"
The water that was hiding behind the whirlpools was much clearer than the water that was outside of this taboo area.
But it wasn't as if it was just clear, it was that this water was much more pure than any water that was outside of this zone. It was clear that there was some kind of thing that had filtered everything out of this water.
However, that seemed strange.
