Xavier Hill had clearly known it was just an ordinary Panax ginseng. To him, hundred-year ginseng and regular ginseng were identical – all scams. He'd casually visited a random herb store, bought ordinary Panax ginseng, and wrapped it in a fancy box.

"Miss Sean, don't listen to his nonsense. He's just making things up!" Xavier anxiously looked at Mabel Sean.
Mabel sighed softly, holding the ginseng with disappointment evident on her face.
Seeing this, Xavier hastily wiped his sweat and said awkwardly, "Miss Sean, I really didn't know it was fake, just... just hear me out..."
Mabel ignored Xavier and turned to me instead. "In that case, let's throw it away."
She casually tossed the ginseng into the trash can.
