It's another day, Emma hurriedly woke up trying to avoid the evil mistress, she took her bath got dressed for school. On her way out she looked arrounding then grabbed an apple and ran out. She kept running untill she got to a house and stopped. She knocked lightly on the door and a girl came out the door, she was about the same height as Emma with a ginger hair and light grey eyes and some freckles around her face, she was really pretty, they looked at each other for a few seconds but sharing a warm embrace." Common, let's go" Emma said grabbing her and continuing her race," hold on" Leah said catching her breath. "Why.. are we running" she continued."Because were going to be late silly"Emma replied."it's just a few minutes past 7, school doesn't start till 8" Leah argued. "Common lazy bones we can't risk the possibility of being late" Emma responded."what the hell are you talking about, you're making zero sense"Leah said confused. Emma ignored her commentary and kept running,"damn it girl, wait up" Leah said as she runs after her. Leah is the one person that has been there for Emma, she was the only one who truly understands her and has been there for her.
They arrived at school both panting."why....do..we never..drive!!! If you're so worried well be late" Leah asked."cause we don't have a car silly" Emma said catching her breath."yeah but I could borrow my mom's car" Leah replied. "And where's the fun in that, besides we're saving fuel, exercising and having fun at the same time"Emma said excited."I didn't have fun, and I would not do it again if not that I love you"Leah said with a smile. They both walked to their locker which was opposite each other. Emma was keeping her books in the locker when she felt herself being pushed against a locker, "opps! You were in the way"Lyla said with a snuggly grin."oh..I'm ..I'm sorry"Emma said trying to avoid another round of yelling and abuse at home. She heard a lod thud on the locker and looked up to see Lyla wincing in pain."what the hell?",she complained."opps! You were in the way" Leah mimicked. As she pulled Emma away,"why do you let your sister treat you like that?" Leah asked."I don't know, I guess I'm just trying to be the big sister" Emma lied not wanting to tell Leah about the house drama."thats not being a big sister, it's you letting her bully and maltreat you and it's messed up"Leah complained."I know thanks for standing up for me again" Emma said with a smiled."ofcause, you know I love you" Leah said smiling."I love you too" Emma replied as the walked to class together
