Emma was walking home after a torturous day of school with the only person that makes everything worth enduring her best friend Leah. They were laughing and happy walking home until Emma stopped and was observing something, Leah check but saw nothing." Hey, do you care to tell me why you are staring at the water like you wanna rape it" Leah asked jokingly. "I could have sworn I saw someone there" Emma replied still looking. "I don't think there's anybody there weirdo, now common let's go home before i die of starvation" Leah grunt. "Well it's your fault for drooling over boys in the shower during lunch break, by the way isn't that intrusive?" Emma asked in disbelieve."not if they think I'm a boy too" maya replied in a fake manly voice. They kept chatting till they got to maya's home. "Do you wanna come in for a bit?" Leah asked."nah, I've got something's to do at home, but I'll see you later" Emma replied."okay, but don't forget about the beach, we're gonna have so much fun" maya said."I don't feel like going and also I don't have anything to wear" Emma complained. "And I told you that you could borrow one of mine and I don't want to hear anymore excuses, we're going okay! You need to live alittle maybe even get laid and lose that Vcard" Leah said in a singysong manner and winked as she walked in. Emma kept walking to her house and as she got close to the door, she over heard her stepmom's conversation on the phone. "....So when is it going to be ready I'm really tired of all this procedures, I want this done immediately that child annoys the hell out of me" mrs Martha said over the phone. Emma waited a little longer before entering and she was glad mrs Martha had gone up to her room. She heaved a sign of relief as she entered her room.
The next day was the weekend, Emma quickly did her chores and walked out to go with Leah. They went to the beach and we're having so much fun swimming laughing and running around like kids again. It was the most relieved and fun Emma has had since her dad. Leah was resting soaking in the sun while Emma laid floating in the waters when she felt a force suddenly pulling into the water, she wanted to scream but she could not as she felt her self sinking deeper and deeper into the water. She felt her vision getting blurry and in that state she saw something or someone unsure of what or who it was. She could also hear the mumbling of her name by Leah until her vision faded and she blacked out.
