Sinai slowly raised her head, looking at his face so close at hand, feeling as if she had lost her voice.
She really hadn't imagined such a scene would unfold.
She wasn't someone who liked to add notes to others' names.
Norton was the only one.
If he saw that nobody else, including Ying Zijin and Su Wen, had notes, would he realize her feelings for him?
"Alright." Sure enough, Norton spoke again, his voice calm, "Just scold me alone."
It took a full thirty seconds before Sinai responded, "It's a love nickname for you."
Norton lifted his eyes and slowly repeated, "Love, nickname?"
"We young people of the new generation, you know, always follow the saying, 'Hitting means kissing, scolding means loving.'" Sinai lied with a straight face, "I've only added a note for you, which means I love you the most."
She said it so convincingly she believed it herself.
