Chapter 22 - 500 years time skip

Five hundred years later, Milim awakened as a Demon Lord after learning her parents had been killed by Jahil's Super-Sorcery Kingdom of the Elves. In her anger, Milim destroyed the country and awakened as a True Demon Lord. The Elemental Queen Ramiris and Demon Lord Guy Crimson intervened and managed to pacify Milim's rage. During this time, Gaia evolved into the Fifth True Dragon, while Ramiris lost her purity and became a Demon Lord.

Afterwards, Guy Crimson created a Demon Lord council named Varies, alongside Ramiris and Milim.

Milim, for her part, began to help as many people as she could, alongside her sibling Gaia, who gained a humanoid form. Together, Milim and Gaia slew powerful monsters and magical beasts that attacked towns and cities, and they also became arbitrators for international disputes.

At a certain point, Milim and Gaia discovered the Dragonewts, a race of demi-humans born from the union of humans and dragons. These Dragonewts had been spawned from Gaia's essence during her evolution into a True Dragon. Milim and Gaia took them in and protected them, and eventually, the City of the Forgotten Dragon was built in their honor.

During these 500 years, new Demon Lords joined the council: Dragual, King of Giants; Dino, who became a Fallen due to his declining health and long stay in the central world; and Luminous Valentine, the true ruler of the Holy Empire.

Meanwhile, Veldora did not accomplish much during this time, except that he trained Gaia to master her new True Dragon abilities. He taught her how to control her magicules and how to transform between dragon and human form. Occasionally, he sparred with Milim.

During this period, Veldora also allowed the Dryads and Treants, who were led by Treyni, to reside in the Great Forest of Jura. They had lost their home after the incarnation of Ramiris perished due to her Demon Lord transformation. In exchange for their new home, they were tasked with maintaining order in the forest, under Veldora's guardianship. The Dryads and Treants gladly accepted this duty, and under their care, the monsters of the forest enjoyed security from outside forces.

One day, Guy Crimson arrived at Great forest of jura.

He stood atop a tree, his crimson eyes watching Milim and Gaia sparring fiercely, the air trembling from their strikes.

Their growth impressed him—Milim's power steadier, Gaia's mastery deepening.Guy's thoughts wandered.

Guy Crimson:- Hmph... they've grown stronger. Last time it took me seven days to subdue Milim's rage. If Ramiris hadn't arrived... who knows how far that destruction would have gone...But his contemplation was broken. He sensed a gaze upon him.

then Guy Turning to the shadows, he spoke calmly:Guy Crimson: "Dryad... you've been watching me for a while. Do you wish to ask me something?"

From the foliage, a gentle figure stepped forth, her form shimmering with life's essence.

Treyni: "Forgive me if I appear disrespectful, Lord Guy. My name is Treyni. I only wished to ask—what brings you here today?"

Guy's lips curved in amusement.

Guy Crimson: "I have important business with Milim. That's why I'm here."

Treyni sighed in relief.Treyni: "Ah, so that's the reason."

Guy Crimson: "Yes. It seems Milim and Gaia spend more of their time in this forest than their own lands. I even went to the City of the Forgotten Dragon first—but they told me the two were here."

Treyni: "It is true. Lady Milim and Lady Gaia come here often—to train or to hunt the rampaging monsters birthed from Lord Veldora's magicules."

Guy chuckled faintly

Guy Crimson: "Speaking of which... where is that stupid lizard now?"

Treyni lowered her gaze respectfully.

Treyni: "Lord Veldora has been slumbering within his cave... for the last thirty years."."
