Flynn Taylor handed the steaming hot coffee to Lucas Hutt, with a smile on her face, "I brought this from home, it's freshly ground coffee, you'll definitely like it."
Lucas was taken aback and took a sip.
The taste was indeed excellent, and she had brought it from home, still hot, which meant she had put in the effort.
After all these years, she still remembered his preferences...
"Don't bother with such a hassle anymore, I'm not picky." Lucas was worried that Flynn was working too hard.
Having to grind coffee early in the morning and maintain its freshly ground flavor, he didn't know how she managed to do it, but it couldn't have been easy.
"It's no trouble, your business is my business." Flynn smiled brightly.
For him, she was willing to do anything.
Lucas looked at Flynn's bright smile and was momentarily caught up in the illusion of time reversing.
Seeing him lost in thought, Flynn leaned in closer and teased, "What are you thinking about?"
