Once they got in the car, the noise outside was cut off. Tariq Lane said with a cheeky grin, "Did you realize you still have feelings for me and want to be with me? Too bad I have a girlfriend now, you have no chance."
Cecelia Anderson looked at Tariq's frivolous demeanor and remembered when she first met him, he always loved to joke around.
