(Third Person POV)
Back to where August and his army were ambushed by Grimoire Heart's mages, massive explosions and a fierce battle were happening between the two forces.
Despite being vastly outnumbered, the Kin of Purgatory that were released from prison were capable of maintaining an equal battle, destroying wave after wave of soldiers.
Tessa, who was one of the Kin of Purgatory was slamming her feet on the ground, causing a massive wall of black-stone to rise from the ground to shield herself from a barrage of magic blasts that were shot at her by the dozens upon dozens of soldiers in front of her.
"They just don't stop, do they?" She said as she panted, "How many more do I have to crush to end this?!"
Next to her, Cobra was dodging fireballs and lighting strikes as he fired off beams of his poison mist at the enemy.
"I can hear it!" He said with a smirk, "Your heartbeat is pulsating faster than before, Tessa! Are you getting nervous?"
Tessa glared at him, "Shut your mouth, you filthy snake!" She glared as she punched the wall, "I'll crush you as well!!!"
As she punched the wall, massive debris shot out and launched toward the soldiers, causing shockwaves and explosions of dirt that sent them all flying.
"Ohoho!" Cobra said, "I don't blame you if you are! This is getting too hectic!!"
Near them, Midnight and Azuma were fighting against their horde of soldiers, dodging attacks and countering with their own.
"How long have we been at this?!" Midnight exclaimed, "This is too much!!"
Azuma nodded, "Agreed." He said, "I wonder if Master Hades is alright. And that Devil bastard, Flay, where did he end up at?!"
Tessa looked towards their direction, "He received different orders." She said, "He's not here."
Cobra smirked even more, "That bastard got a lucky job." He said, "I wonder if he's cut out for it."
"I wonder that too...." Tessa said, "And I wonder how the battle with Master Hades is going as well....."

Around a mile away from the Kin's fighting, in a small clearing, August stood over a massive crate that was emitting smoke and flames.
His skin was darkened and was covered in several markings. His hair was also different, raised up into the air.
This was the battle-mode assumed by the Calamity himself, August.
"Hm....." He simply said as he stroked his beard, "I must admit.....you proved to be quite harder to fight against than I believed."
He was looking down the crater as blood ran down the left side of his face.
At the bottom of the crater, Hades was kneeling, his eyes white as his entire face was covered in blood. He was clutching what was left of his left arm as blood poured down to the ground. His clothes were tattered completely, and massive gashes and burns were visible on his body. There were no signs of him moving, despite being barely alive.
Hades, Master of Grimoire Heart, was defeated brutally by The King of Magic, August.
"Precht...." August said with a soft tone, "Your role in this war was always irrelevant. I do wonder what your position in this world will have in store for you. A relic of the distant past like yourself should not interfere with us...then again.....His Majesty is far older than the both of us combined....."
August turned around as his entire body reverted to normal, his skin going back to it's normal color and his hair draping back down.
He began to walk away as he looked up at the sky.
"I do wonder....." He said to himself, "What she would think if she met you in this war...I apologize for killing him.....I know he was a dear friend of yours..."
"Mother...."

Back to where Zeref was ambushed by Silver, The Black Wizard was still sitting on his sit as he had a smirk on his face.
In front of him, several dozen meters away, Silver was kneeling down as well. His entire body was covered in blood as he clutched his side.
"....It can't.....be....." He panted, "I....."
"Oh?" Zeref said, "You can still talk?"
Silver, whose eyes were barely open, looked at the Black Wizard with as his breathing became labored.
"You....bastard....." He managed, "I...should....be able...to....."
Zeref chuckled, "Oh please." He said, "You were never going to be capable of besting me in battle. I am in a good mood, Silver. Acnologia was defeated, that nuisance is gone. But now..."
Zeref then stood up from his seat, something that Silver was surprised by.
The Black Wizard then took a step, releasing a massive wave of black magic power that shook the ground itself. His eyes were bright scarlet as they pierced Silver.
"I am going to take Fairy Heart for myself." He said, "You think I cared that you had the Calamitous Edge? That is nothing compared to what I'll be capable of with Fairy Heart. My Black Arts...no...not just that.....my contracts.....they'll be further enhanced and I would've been a force capable of destroying Acnologia with a single thought....but that is no longer the case....."
Silver was barely able to stay conscious, the magic aura released by Zeref was too much for him. He had to do something; he was well aware Zeref was intending on finishing him off. He had to hope that Zeref continued his evil monologue.
"I'll take Fairy Heart. Crush Fairy Tail. Kill Jason." Zeref continued, "And I shall destroy the world that rejected me. Erase it from existence. A mere toy made from that forgotten god is nothing to me. I shall-"
Suddenly, blood spewed out of his mouth as his eyes widened with surprise. He slowly looked down to see the Calamitous Edge impaling him in the chest as it let out a distorted aura.
Silver chuckled, "You talk too much...." He managed as he collapsed completely
Zeref pulled the halberd out of his chest, wincing in pain. It was the first time he had felt such a feeling; pain in such a long time.
"Interesting...." He said as he dropped it on the ground, "Here I thought I destroyed it....it's a craftier relic than I imagined..."
As his wound closed, he noticed that the halberd slowly disintegrated. The Black Wizard raised his eyebrows in curiosity.
"I wonder what that is about..." He said, "Oh well...."
He flicked his hand and Silver was engulfed in a massive explosion of black magic power that was intended to obliterate him completely, releasing a massive shockwave that shattered the ground.
"I guess that's that...."
