Matías stood at the counter, carefully measuring out soft vegetables for Nina's baby food. "We need to make it nice and smooth, Mommy!" he said, his small hands working diligently.
"Exactly! And we can add a little bit of broth to make it tastier," Jiro replied, guiding him as they worked together. The sight of them—Matías with his determined expression and Jiro's gentle encouragement—filled me with warmth.
I turned my attention back to the stir-fry in the pan, stirring the colorful mix of vegetables and chicken. The aromas mingled, filling the kitchen with a comforting scent of home.
Jiro opened the blender and held it down so Matt could drop the steamed carrots and apples into.
"Carrots and apples, huh? Think Nina will like that?"
