As we walked toward the Castle Orlin began to look pensive again.
Sighing, I poked him. "What are you thinking now, my silly prince?"
He gasped and blushed. "Oh, I was just thinking of the upcoming meeting. Uh, today's. Since Great-grandpa was tired, we delayed it to today."
Gael snickered. "Not that I mind. You know I hate stuffy meetings like that."
"Stuffy blegh!" his two kids exclaimed, giggling.
Orlin and I chuckled. Gael's kids sure took after him and Setsuka.
Ore put a hand on his hip and sighed. "That said, it feels surreal to see someone who looks our age be that tired. Guess that even if the body looks young, age still wears a person's body down somehow."
"Oh? Are you calling me old, Ore?" a voice said, causing Orlin to jump. He turned and saw his great-grandpa Eijiro. "Uh, no, sir."
His great-grandma Niconora chuckled and patted her husband's shoulder. "Dear, don't go scaring the kids."
