Seeing this Ryota taking a deep breath stepped back but not before giving Kabuto a threatening look, same with Mei and Isagi couldn't help but feel a bit warm inside at their care for him.

Yin Healing Wound Destruction, it was A-rank Jutsu which Kabuto created himself and it was a really incredible medical Jutsu. Its main effect was pre-healing, meaning if he could judge where he would be injured in a battle, he could stimulate the cells of that area before he was even injured, start its healing process and continue fighting without getting affected. In a battle it was really a fight changing ability.
Mystical Palm Technique, it was also an A-rank medical technique and was used to increase body's cell division process and accelerate body healing process.
The rest were ninjutsu and any single one of them would bring a surge in his battle strength.
While Isagi pondered, Anko after congratulating and announcing the remaining candidates gave the stage to Sarutobi, who started his speech about the reality of chunin exam and their purpose though Isagi not interested in hearing common sense of shinobi world.
"Sorry…but you have to go for now." After a long thought Isagi decided to eliminate mystical palm technique from his choices, compared to yin healing which probably only Kabuto knew quite a few other shinobi knew mystical palm technique and he could copy it from them.
"I choose 1, 4, 5, 6." Isagi made the choice and the options disappeared replaced by a spinning orange circle. After a few seconds, the words that flashed brought a relieved look on Isagi's face as unlike last time, not failing even once.

The words flashed and the unique force enveloping his body, in his head drilling memories of years of mastery of ninjutsu he had chosen, veins appearing on his forehead though this process only lasting for a few seconds.
As the process was over, Isagi immediately showed a much more confident smile and opened his property panel immediately.
