Even with Adam taking the lead, the race is not yet over as his opponents clearly are trying to get back to the position they once held before.
As for Jake in his Spectra 9 is struggling to advance any further as he constantly battles for the fourth place, losing and winning it repeatedly.
And as the race continues to move forward, he begins to realize that he might just lose his prized Spectra 9 to Danny, and he doesn't like that one bit.
The Asura, which is right behind Adam's tail, has also stopped holding back, putting all of their skill on display to catch up to Adam.
But doing so is much harder than they expected. Sure, Adam did a phenomenal job in those corners of the narrow street, but now they are driving within the city's main roads, which are wide and have multiple lanes.
Defending one's position here would be much harder, but to the Asura driver's surprise, they couldn't get one over the Stratosurge, no matter how hard they tried.
