Apollo dashed at Devan, deflecting the incoming boombox, he almost slashed Devan's neck but KACHUNK, Devan had deflected the blow. Devan swung the mass down but Apollo dodged and nearly slashed Devan's side but hit a barrier that slid the blade off at an angle TIIIIIIINT. Devan felt the presence of a spinning blade behind him and flew upwards, then he felt something else, a bunch of the same Spinning Water Waves above him that all circled his location, he turned up his boom box and blasted out a wave of sound, breaking through the Waves and disabling the arts BWOOOMF.
Apollo flew at him, full speed, Devan flew back with immense speed, but Apollo was faster, he still knew more arts to amplify his abilities after all. This infinite expanse of white was insane, even though they were moving at speeds that crossed galaxies in moments, they hadn't reached the end of this room, if there was one. BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BAM Devan slowed his speed, going on the counterattack. Devan spun around BAM BAM BAM, hiding his weapon on his side he threw kicks and punches, parried by Apollo BAM BAM BAM. BOOM Devan hit Apollo's side and was blasted into the distance, stopping himself, he regained his posture in the air, Devan was barreling at him with a mass of power, Apollo controlled his body to the extreme, barely dodging the attack on purpose, he slicing Devan's arm SLASH. Devan's eyes narrowed, he accelerated his leg, kicking Apollo's head KABOOM.
Apollo was expecting to be dazed but his body didn't have the same effect as before, (Could this be an effect of unification?). As Hiroto looked up he saw plumes of ki stretch through the sky, in an instant they fought through the room. TINK TINK TINK Apollo and Devan sent each other flying with nothing but a few blows. Hiroto noticed something, they were both building off of each other, both getting better at fighting as the battle grew. He also seemed to notice that their physical strength was also increasing, probably due to the micro tears in the muscles from all those clashes getting rebuilt. BOOM BOOM BOOM Apollo swiped to the side, then was blocked by Devan, Devan roundhouse kicked to Apollo's neck but Apollo blocked it with his forearm, they were keeping up with each other perfectly, as though in a trance. Then time seemed to slow as Apollo and Devan noticed the one chance for them to finish this battle, they both went in for the final blow FWOOOOSH. As they were centimeters away from finishing their moves they stopped. Hiroto was the only one who knew this fact, he activated Art: Time to stop time just in their area, he moved them both to the ground and restarted their flow when they were a suitable distance away from each other KABOOM BAAAAMM.
Swiping at the air, they were shocked, how'd they get down here? Hiroto said in a confident tone ,"Apollo wins," Devan was shocked ,"WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!?" Hiroto explained himself ,"Apollo, I noticed you holding back a little, why is that?" Apollo was shocked himself ,"I didn't even know." Hiroto smiled ,"It's alright, but we're going to have to fix that." Hiroto turned to Devan ,"Absolutely incredible job, your power, speed, technique and most importantly flow was incredible. The only reason you lost is because you've only been training with me." Devan was confused ,"But you're one of the best teachers, nonetheless strong as hell." Hiroto chuckled ,"I might be strong, but Apollo has been in the military, there is a stark difference between someone who wants to kill you and someone who wants to train you. Not to mention the sheer variety of people you fight is astonishing. The fear of death weighs heavily on those who fight for others." Apollo and Devan were a little surprised, Hiroto said with a smile ,"You guys want to eat?" They both smiled as well ,"HELL YEAH!!!"
