He walked up, pulled the little cat out of her arms, and tossed it aside.

She thought the cat she had taken in back then would have long been abandoned by Philip Shaw.
Seeing how attached it was to Philip now, it seemed like he had taken good care of it.
He didn't look like he hated cats as much as he claimed back then.
