The Ninth step was the limit of all power and even the most powerful god couldn't have power beyond these limits even if they had advantages and powers that could never be attained through cultivation. At this moment, Whiro shed his humanoid form and turned into a great serpent. Whiro had two forms and his most powerful form was this serpent form. The transformation took less than a moment in time. His massive body took on all the attacks and when the explosion subsided and all returned to calm, the Dao Absolutes were all shaken by what they saw.
