The shopping bags in the newcomer's hands all fell to the ground.
A cacophony of CRASHES and SMASHES erupted.
Lillian Spencer stood rooted to the spot, one hand on her forehead, sighing in distress.
Sophie took a step back, and Fluffy Zane, quick-eyed, swiftly steadied her. "Are you alright?"
Sophie composed herself and shook her head. "I'm fine."
"Miss, are you okay?"
Lillian Spencer's guard approached, his expression concerned as he inquired.
Lillian Spencer waved her hand dismissively and looked at Sophie, her gaze gentle and tinged with apology. "I'm sorry, I wasn't paying attention. You're not hurt, are you?"
"I'm fine. I'm very sorry, I wasn't paying attention either."
"That's good." Lillian Spencer smiled, crouched down, and personally began to pick up the shopping bags.
"Miss, let us." The two guards also crouched down to help her collect the shopping bags.
From one of the shopping bags came the distinct CLATTER of shattered porcelain.
