"Really let go?" Lucifer gently stroked her soft little cheek.
During her pregnancy, her face had gained some flesh, and she finally didn't look so thin and frail.
Fortunately, the two little babies were well-behaved and considerate of their Mommy, without giving her much trouble.
Sophie Sullivan snorted coldly, her usual arrogance shining through: "It's just a man, what's there to be concerned about? Besides, what kind of man can't I, Cecilia Branford, have? Why hang myself on his crooked neck tree?"
Lucifer gazed at her tenderly.
Sophie eyed him strangely, "Lucifer, don't you think I'm willing to have the child because I still haven't given up on him?"
"How could I?" Lucifer chuckled wryly, shaking his head, "This is your child too, it has nothing to do with him."
Sophie snorted proudly, "That's more like it!"
She always believed that the two little babies were sent to her by her Mommy, seeing her loneliness.
Not just one, but a pair.
