Chapter 296 - Meeting Again

Rama's mind was still restless, the unease gnawing at the edges of his focus.

It wasn't just suspicion anymore but the cold certainty that something worse was coming.

He didn't know when, how, or where, but he could almost feel the shape of the disaster in his bones, like a predator circling just beyond the light.

Beside him, Larsen's gaze stayed fixed on the battle above. 

His brow was furrowed, his earlier smirk long gone. 

After a moment, he spoke, his voice low enough to be carried away by the wind and rain. 

"Do we tell the other guild masters? About this and the truth of it?"

Rama hesitated. His eyes tracked the skeletal giant's struggling form. 

Its ribcage collapsing inward under the relentless assault of chains, spear strikes, and bolts of Mana. 

He turned the thought over carefully before answering.
