The back of her hand still felt pain, and following that sensation, she realized there was a needle inserted, with a nurse using adhesive tape to bind the back of her hand.
"What is this for?" She almost instinctively started struggling.
"Miss, don't move around, you're being given an infusion," the nurse reminded her, then quickly finished securing it.
"Infusion?" She widened her eyes at the nurse, frowning as she asked, "What's wrong with me?"
"You've got a cold, and it's a severe one. You fainted at the wedding," the nurse explained patiently.
"Wedding?" Gale Summer immediately widened her eyes staring at the nurse, thinking she had misheard.
Seeing her reaction, the nurse also felt it strange, and couldn't help saying, "Yes, your family member said so when bringing you here. What's wrong? Are you worried about the wedding? It seems like..."
