In fact, he could easily expand his reach beyond Heavenly Star. This was just his default range, which was absurd already. It's definitely way farther than his previous sensory range.
He felt concept laws bowing and celebrating his achievement. He felt invincible and inevitable, like nothing and nobody would be able to defy him and his power.
