The car drove further and further away, but Sofia Hamilton still felt that leaving like this was utterly heartless.
Even if it was a stranger, you couldn't just ignore it when you saw it.
No matter what grudge she had with Regina Brown, this wasn't the sort of situation where you just stood by and did nothing.
"Mr. Li, please back up the car."
The driver, Mr. Li, seemed troubled. "Miss Hamilton, this…"
As he spoke, he raised his eyes to the rearview mirror to glance at Ryan Gregory. Ryan's face was dark and his expression was rigid; he didn't say a single word. Seeing this, the driver hesitated even more and cautiously looked at Ryan. "Young Master?"
"I told you to reverse the car, go back."
"But…"
The driver was in an incredibly awkward position. "Miss Hamilton, please don't make it difficult for me."
Having driven for the Gregory Family for so many years, how could he not know the Young Master's temper?
