Chapter Five
Mrs. Gregory was like she was selling a product, eagerly presenting Kevin Gregory to Mr. and Mrs. Chen.
"Kevin, quickly call Uncle Chen. You used to play with him often when you were little, remember?"
Kevin's face darkened, and his mood plunged to rock bottom.
But, for his mother's sake, he had to smile and say, "Uncle Chen, Aunt Chen."
Mr. Chen seemed very pleased with his prospective son-in-law, beaming with joy, "Kevin has really grown up now, so distinguished. If I saw you outside walking past me, I wouldn't even recognize you. You were just this tall before; look at you now, all grown up."
After all, he watched him grow up, entrusting his daughter to him, Mr. Chen felt quite secure.
The key is, the Gregory Family likes Tiffany very much.
Kevin forced a smile and said, "Let's go, I'll take you to the hotel first."
He really didn't have the heart to keep chatting here...
But for the sake of politeness, he couldn't make it too obvious.
