Listening to Maxwell Peary's words, Nia Mitchell was taken aback, her cheeks flushed.

How could he be so blunt, saying whatever he pleased with such a serious expression?

"Did you hear me?"

Seeing that his young wife hadn't responded, he frowned in displeasure.

"I understand."

Nia Mitchell stuck her tongue out playfully and sat down obediently, though her eyes were still red.

"Let's head back first."

With that, Maxwell Peary started the car and continued driving.

「Halfway up the Hill Villa」

Maxwell Peary drove right up to the entrance, then handed the car keys to a servant to park the car.

"Uncle, I want to see Fiona Sutton tomorrow."

Even though Fiona Sutton didn't want to see her, she still wanted to go.

If she didn't explain things clearly, she was afraid she would lose her best friend.

"I'll go with you."

Maxwell Peary didn't want to pressure her. He knew from her silence during the drive that she must be mulling something over.
