Yancy Hastings, somehow, found himself in the line of fire. Speaking of Yancy Hastings, one had to mention the awkward situation he was currently in.
After being kicked out of Fiona Sutton's Dormitory, he received a command from his superiors. Dropping his playful smile, he stood outside Fiona Sutton's door and knocked lightly.
"Fiona, I have an urgent task to handle."
He explained, hoping for a response from Fiona Sutton, but received none.
"I can't disclose the details of this mission. I'll return as soon as possible, and I'll look for you then."
Yancy Hastings paused, then fumbled for his phone and sent Fiona Sutton a text message: "With every mission, we prepare for the worst. Fiona, if I make it back alive, can we get engaged? I'm not pushing you to marry me. At the very least, grant us a chance to be together."
Upon reading the message, Fiona Sutton was taken aback and immediately rushed to open the door. However, the man was already gone.
