Reaching out his hand, Kris Cooper caressed Vera Wave's hair, making sure it was completely dry. He then turned around to lock the door and switched off the main light.
Seeing his actions, Vera felt an urge to burrow into the floor.
Just now, the door...had been unlocked!
While Vera was internally mortified, Kris had already come up to her. He grabbed the corner of the towel she had tucked in and yanked it away.
"Hey!" Seeing him unwrapping the towel startled Vera. Flustered, she hurriedly covered her eyes. "What are you doing?!"
"Didn't you want to see my Adonis belt?"
"I didn't ask you...to...undress completely, did I?!"
"How are you going to see my Adonis belt if I don't undo the towel?"
Uh... that actually made sense. I remember specifically looking up online what an Adonis belt was.
"Then...cover that part up."
