Kris Cooper shrugged, "Fortunately, I have a friend like you to sell me out. Otherwise, I really wouldn't know how to explain to her this time."
Of course, this so-called "selling out a friend" was just a joke.
Andre Colin chuckled, then turned serious.
"What I want to talk to you about is Vera. Since you guys had an incident yesterday, I've been thinking about it constantly. Now that she knows about these things, aren't you ready to let her regain her memory?"
His beautiful long eyebrows furrowed into a character. Kris Cooper raised his hand and rubbed his forehead.
