After Yu Jingrong gave birth, she wasn't like other mothers who were completely drained, weak, and spiritless. Apart from the childbirth where she cried quite miserably, other times, she was just like a normal person.
However, Huo Shufen said that the postpartum period was very important and that she needed to rest peacefully. So during this time, she moved in to help care for Yu Jingrong during her confinement and also helped her with the baby. Seeing her mother-in-law helping Gu Sheng to look after the baby, Yu Jingrong was quite happy. Then he thought that after a month, the mother-in-law would have to go home, and Gu Sheng, who was just a young girl, lacked essential experience in caregiving despite her willingness to learn. So he let Aguai pick someone, a housekeeper dedicated to looking after babies.
For this month, Yu Jingrong felt it was very difficult.
