The US Forces have had this planetary combat aircraft for a long time. After extensive experimentation, they have only just now figured out its capabilities. Unfortunately, it's too late for them to grasp everything; otherwise, the Americans would have already deployed the planetary combat aircraft to destroy Dream Island and Yan Fei's Drone Avatar.
Now that the US has deployed it, they don't dare let it clash directly and openly with Dream Island. It's only being used as a secret weapon to snatch scientists and high-tech equipment from Dream Island. The Americans lack confidence in this because the planetary combat aircraft has a major flaw: insufficient energy.
