Instructions for reading: Read the Chapters in order of quality. So start at Season 3. Everything before that is questionable. This "story" intends to tell a tale of multiple "characters", things, and such. Giving theological and mathematical notation for STORYTELLING and nothing else. Please read this with the expectation that this isn't going to be some amazing storytelling, just raw, uncensored fun.

[Game Quest...….]

Baryon then says to the rest of the group,

"And that's the story about how I explored the dimensions!"

Veldona then says,

"You didn't even explain everything!"

"Including the dimension in question!"

Baryon then says,

"Oops! My bad… maybe next time?"

"I'll do better next time!"

Veldona then says,

"Well, from what we just learned, we'd have to do some convincing to get people on our side."

"The 6th Dimension will most likely agree to our terms."

"Everything else is out of our control."

"Let's all go order some food."

"Planning is hard."

[GALATC]

Faraday: Being the watcher of the Multiverse is hard.

Faraday: One day, if at all, I will need help.

Faraday then walks around the NSP, looking around her as she takes large steps on the floor. Faraday: There's something wrong here. The Story should be in first person right now, but yet…

Faraday: Earth may have answers!

[Later…..]

[Earth…]

[New York, United States]

Faraday: This is Earth… I haven't been here in a while

Faraday walks along the fresh New York sidewalk, her boots tapping against the pavement as she passes towering screens flashing the latest headlines. She stops in front of one, folding her arms as a news anchor's voice fills the air.

On-screen, a well-dressed woman stands at a podium, her expression severe. "In light of recent events and the growing concerns over unchecked superhuman activity, we are implementing new regulations that most nations will soon adopt. The Hero Regulation Act is designed to create a more structured and accountable system for hero operations. While many of their current freedoms will remain intact, restrictions will be imposed where necessary to ensure public safety."

Faraday scoffs under her breath, watching as the screen transitions to a breakdown of the new law.

"The first phase of the act mandates that all individuals engaging in hero activities must register with the government. This registration does not require revealing one's civilian identity to the public, but it does ensure accountability," the woman states. The text on the screen updates:

Phase 1: Hero Registration & Public Safety

All superhero teams must register with the government.

Proof of identity is not required publicly but will be documented confidentially.

Failure to register will limit access to public spaces, mission briefings, and official support.

"As we progress, Phase Two will introduce mission oversight and authorization policies," she continues. "Registered heroes will be required to submit detailed reports after major operations, and in certain situations, pre-authorization from government officials may be required before engaging in high-risk activities." The screen shifts again:

Phase 2: Mission Oversight & Pre-Authorization

Heroes must file reports on all major interventions with government oversight bodies.

Certain missions will require pre-approved authorization, especially those involving international affairs or high-level threats.

Faraday shakes her head. "And here we go… the leash is tightening."

The Speaker adjusts the microphone. "Phase three will introduce a formal licensing system for highly powered individuals. Those who possess abilities capable of large-scale destruction will be required to undergo a thorough evaluation and, if deemed necessary, submit to government oversight. Unauthorized vigilante activity will be subject to penalties, including possible detainment."

The next slide appears.

Phase 3: Hero Licensing & Accountability

High-powered individuals must obtain government clearance and a special hero license.

Registered heroes will be subject to a public accountability board for oversight.

Unlicensed or unregistered super-powered individuals operating independently risk legal repercussions.

Faraday clenches his jaw. The subtext is clear—any hero who refuses to cooperate is either a liability or a criminal.

The Speaker's expression darkens. "Finally, should a hero pose an imminent threat to public safety, Phase Four of the act grants the government the authority to request the disclosure of their civilian identity. Additionally, designated Hero Task Forces will have the power to monitor, detain, and neutralize individuals who refuse to comply."

The last phase appears in bold letters on the screen:

Phase 4: Emergency Measures & Hero Containment

Compulsory identity disclosure for heroes deemed a risk to national security.

Government-established Hero Regulation Task Forces with the authority to detain noncompliant individuals.

Faraday exhales sharply. She watches the screen as the Speaker raises a hand, calling for national unity, but all he hears is the warning blaring in his mind.

"It's happening again," she mutters.

The world just changed.

[GAME QUEST]

Faraday: Better go find a superhero and talk to them about this.

Faraday: But it seems like they either died or are off-planet.

Faraday pulls out her phone and uses some type of app she made to find a nearby superhero. Because there's nobody within the city of New York she's forced to go to a city where there is one, Washington DC.

In Washington DC she sees a lone girl with blue hair sitting on a bench. She walks up to her and says;

Faraday: Hello! You may not know me, but my name is Faraday!

Funneh Kalana says,

"And you are?"

Faraday: Oh! Just a nobody!

Funneh Kalana can tell that she *is somebody*, but she does not know who.

Faraday: So, what is your opinion on the new hero regulation?

Funneh Kalana then says,

"I've seen it and I dont like it, but there's not much I can do about it."

"I want to help people, but I dont wanna do it under such unruly laws."

"Plus I gotta deal with this meta divine bullshit so."

Faraday: That seems complicated…

Faraday: Also, aren't you a part of some sort of group?

Funneh then says,

"Well, there are my friends, but we kinda have to become a bit distant now."

"Due to the.. You know…"

"The new law and the fact that theres people after me."

Faraday: People after you?

Faraday: Wait! Dont tell me about it.

Funneh gets a phone call and has to leave the area to go do something.

Faraday watches as Funneh vanishes in a blur of blue, a gust of wind left in her wake. She sighs, stretching her arms before standing up.

Faraday: "Guess I should see what all the fuss is about."

She takes a casual step forward, then another, before blinking out of existence. A moment later, she reappears on top of a nearby building, giving her a clear view of the chaos unfolding below.

[Washington D.C. - Downtown]

A crater now scars the intersection, smoke curling from the wreckage of what used to be a streetlight. Cars are overturned, alarms blaring, people running in every direction. But it's not just panic—there's something else. A presence.

Faraday narrows her eyes, scanning the area. And then she sees them.

A figure stands in the center of the destruction, cloaked in a dark, shifting aura. Their face is obscured by a hood, their stance relaxed—too relaxed for someone who just caused this much damage.

Funneh arrives in an instant, the wind distorting as she stops several meters away from the figure.

Funneh says calmly,

"Alright, let's make this quick. You surrender, I don't break your face. Fair deal?"

The hooded figure tilts their head slightly, as if considering the offer. Then, with eerie calmness, they lift their hand.

A pulse of energy erupts from their palm, ripping through the air like a shockwave. But before it can reach her—

Funneh moves.

One moment she's standing there, the next she's behind the figure, her fist already in motion.

BOOM!

The impact sends the figure hurtling across the battlefield, smashing through the wreckage of a truck. Dust and debris scatter, but Funneh doesn't let up. Before they even hit the ground, she's already there, ready to deliver another strike.

But this time, the figure reacts.

They twist mid-air, their aura flaring as they counter with a sharp energy burst. The force sends Funneh skidding back, but she stops herself easily, digging her heels into the asphalt.

She smirks while saying,

"Okay, that was actually kinda fast."

Faraday, still watching from above, lets out a low whistle.

She then says,

"Alright, maybe I underestimated her."

The figure emerges from the rubble, their cloak barely ruffled. They roll their shoulders, then dash forward with lightning speed, aiming directly for Funneh.

Funneh is already moving.

Their attacks collide in a flash of motion, exchanging blows at speeds normal eyes wouldn't even register.

Each strike distorts the air around them, shockwaves rippling through the street. Every time the figure tries to land a clean hit, Funneh is gone, already repositioning, already striking from another angle.

Faraday grins while saying,

"Now this is interesting."

Then, suddenly, the figure pivots and aims a blast—not at Funneh, but at the civilians still scrambling to escape.

Funneh sees it instantly.

She vanishes—reappears—grabs two people—moves them out of the way before the attack even lands. But in that split second, the figure uses the distraction to put distance between them.

Funneh, setting the civilians down safely, glares at them.

Funneh laughs at the figure and then says,

"Coward move. You're really that desperate?"

The figure doesn't respond.

Faraday: Alright, I've seen enough.

She steps forward, and in an instant, she's on the ground between them.

The air shifts.

The hooded figure hesitates. They can sense something different now.

Faraday rolls her shoulders and then proudly states,

"So, are we gonna talk, or do I have to show you why messing with speedsters and omnipotent beings is a bad idea?"

Funneh: "Yeah, what she said."
